Rude Bus Driver

<p>I take a rea vaya bus from the first bust stop Zenex in fairlands ( Beyers Naude ) every afternoon and every day , on the 17 March 2017 I came across a very rude driver . I could not tap out in the morning when I get off the bus because it was offline so in the afternoon I was suppose to tap out before taping in and the bust driver for bus number 543 at 16.30 was shouting at us and told us if we want to tap out we must wait for another bus he is not prepared to wait for people still tapping out . First of all the bus was late because i had been at the bust stop for more than 30 minutes , then he suggested that all those who want to tap out must stand on the side and wait for people who are only taping , he said we are wasting his time , he does not work over time and city of Jo burg doe not pay him for overtime . He was so rude he even said he will show us that we will ot tap in in his bus and that we can report him if we like . he stood up from his seat and was pushing people out of the bus , I pushed my way in and he said i talk to much I shouls tap out and he grabbed my card and gave i to the other passenger to tap in for me , most passengers decied to get off the bus and some said he does this all the time people want to tap . I want to know what should we do if the taping machine is not working how does is become my problem as a passanger ? I sit right for the bust drivers to treat passengers like that ? Who's fault is it that the machines are not working ? I will appreciate your prompt response , ********** , ********** 512 .</p>
