good day I've no other place go look for help, because I've tried but it seems not to be working heres my story on the 5th March 2019 was driving in Jo'burg CBD in my rightful lane when a Reya Vaya Bus bumped my car twice standing in the traffic, got out to exchange drivers info but he refused at that time to make matters worse he failed to produce his drivers license because he didn't have it I'm not even sure if he even does have 1 because I ddnt even see it.had 2 block the bus way, literally walk 500meters to call on metro police who got there but let him go Scot free he was driving passengers with no licence, he was forced to share his details because he didn't have licence of which he did...I went to their offices "Reya Vaya" met Andries apparently his the guy in charge of the Accident department on the 6th March 2019 he took my story, details said I must wait for about 2/ 3weeks for their call which he will be sharing his insurance claim number from "CTU" their insurer but after that he failed to contact me on a weekly base every week I have been the one who takes the initiative in calling to find out what's happening last called him on 1st April 2019 his giving me different stories that the lady who's suppose 2 give him the claim number is on leave on and I should CALL BACK ON MONDAY 8th April 2019 I feel taken for a ride because now I cant use my car due to their bus that bumped my car please help me because I feel like I'm at a dead end my car is a 1998 Toyota Tazz, dont have insurance because I cant afford one so that's why I need them 2 fix the car because now its parked in the yard unused because u cant drive it....I really need your help please heres my contact details ********** Dennis Mabuya
