Reimburse money for the repairs of my vehicle what the Raya Vaya drove in

One of the Raya Vaya Buses drove into my car and we reported in May. After repoting it we received each a case number. I send emails to them a few times. I am looking and asking for the to reimburse me the panel beaters amount of R7200. Unforrunately no response received or non of the emails are read. This is very important for them to contact me to arrange the reimbur*****t of my money for what I spend to fix my car. Raya Vaya also not answer there phones, i tried a few times
