REFUND

The first week of May my daughter misplaced her card , I went to the customer service centre at Orlando Police station to block the card but was never given a reference number .The next day I called the customer care centre to block the account but no one could assist me .I then called ABSA to block the card and was given a reference number *** .I was told that the balance on the card will be refunded by Reavaya and it never happened .I received no communication from Reavaya at all.I then called Reavaya again to follow up and confirm the status of my query and was given reference number I*** and was told that I will be contacted within 3 days.As per the Consultant Reavay was suppose to refund the remaining balance on my account within 30 days which never happened .The card that I blocked was card number ***91 8052 .
