Reavaya tickets

<p>I am a commutor of reavaya. and each time i have to load my tag they reavaya system is off line and conviniently its offline in the morning. The reason i use reavaya its becoz i had an accident with the taxi and i feel i am not safe using a taxi. The reavaya is safe for me and now when i have to go back to a taxi and i had an accident its sooo inconviniencing for me. I just called the customer care of reavaya and they told me now their system is working and i just took a taxi to go to work the very same taxi that is not safe for me. i need help in resolving this as i dont want to use taxis anymore as it is not safe for me. I suggest they upgrade their systems so we cannot get such issues.</p>
