ReaVaya stations systems

I have tried more than 4 ReaVaya station to purchase a card, they always don't have cards, if it's not card unavailability, its offline. I wonder why, is it a deliberate thing, so that we purchase their unbelievably inflated single trip tickets? Please make the cards available, and fix the systems to always be up. Its an inconvenience to be tossed around stations looking for cards which are unavailable anyway.
