ReaVaya customer service sucks

We have recently been introduced to the new orange card system, but our old blue cards still have credit. your money on the old card cannot be transferred to the orange card, we are expected to abandon the old card and use a new one, if not the drivers will not allow you onto the bus. Their customer service points are closed, and there is no communication no one knows what is going on ; ReaVaya customer service sucks.
