Rea Vaya Standard bank cards

I want to write or lay official complaint against BRT. The worst cards they use now (standardbank) i have been in and out of customer service to buy a new card for the bus more than 3 times in a month! Friday i bought 2 cards only to find out they both not working but they are loaded with money. Now what must I use for transport? They must bring back the old cards or try new ones because really the current cards are a disaster.
