Rea Vaya - **** Services

It was my 1st time using Rea Vaya services l bought the new orange card for R55 loaded money in the card. l Taped in going to work but l couldn't tap out as the machine inside the bus doesn't read the new orange cards. I'm failing to understand how Rea Vaya is pushing clients to buy these new cards yet they haven't fully equipped all of their buses to recognise the new system. Is it a **** to have clients tap in and fail to tap out so they double charge for every trip. Metro bus single trip is R16 , a Taxi is R18 Rea Vaya charged me R30. The bus driver had no solution on how to end the trip, When l got to work l called Rea Vaya costumer service they also had no solution but to refer me to their head office expectedly so the number given to me for Rea Vaya HO doesn't work. is there a solution to this or l will always be double charged till my funds run out?.
