Rea Vaya security personnel make our lives unnecessarily difficult

I was at Thokoza Park,I got off from a local bus (F1) and wanted to load more money into my card, and the security guards in a case like this usually have to open for you to go load and open for you again to re-enter the station (I had to board the T3 in the station),for the first time after using Rea Vaya 3 years,the two security guards at the station told me to tap out and tap in again with my own card which is an entire trip gone and wasted just for me to be able to load. There is nowhere else to load except for at the stations and when you come to the station with a local bus you are automatically in the station,tapping out and in just to load is another trip on it’s own. Rea Vaya please assist by talking to all security personnel to stop making our lives unnecessarily difficult and impossible. When I tapped in my card was already on “low balance” and what frustrated me worse is after using Rea Vaya for 3 years I have NEVER had such an encounter before, normally the security personnel will open for you to load and open for you to re-enter the station again.

The security guards were two males wearing white shirts at Thokoza Park, on the 10th of February 2019 at round about 9am
