Rea Vaya orange cards

I have been getting bad treatment and no explanations when I inquire about how come is my money being eaten without me knowing. Sometimes I am not using my card but the app says I am going to different places without me using it. One time the assistant told me that I should just throw away the card if I feel like it is useless. So for the past 2 months I have been using R60 per day which is totally trash, I must only use R36 per day.
