Rea vaya ops get away with rudeness

On the 12 of Jan between 8-9am I took a T3 bus going to park town station from thokza park bus number 640 the driver was driving very fast and did not stop at some of the stations at Helen Joseph station he stopped ant talk to other staff members before stopping at that station ,with customers inside the bus then when we got to park town station they was a bus in front of the bus I was in while waiting for that bus to pass and the bus I'm in to stop so I could get off the driver did not stop I then told the drive that I have to get off he told why didn't I stand up so he could see that I have to get ,I then said its fine because we still by the station I asked him to open the front door so I could get out and ask at the station to tap me out then the driver said no I will get off where he wants me too which is the next station after park town, I then told the drive that I will be late because I'm going to work and he said he doesn't care so he passed with me they were other people in the bus(passengers) I then said OK and I then took out my phone and took a picture of bus number and him then he grab my had and took my phone and deleted the pictures and switch it off and after gave it back to me by then the bus was passing at park station I then tried to switch it on but it could not switch on ,I then told him that I will report and he said he doesn't care and that I must look at the jacket he's wearing which was written OPS he the then told me that I can go ahead and report him nothing will happen he then swore at me and I looked at him and said its fine the bus was now in town , I had to get off in town and take other bus back to park town and then I was very late at work ,I then reported the matter at Rea Vaya they give me ref 12 01 19 C1 I then did a follow up again on the 16 Jan and was advice that they will resend the matter to rea vaya offices since they could not do anything on their side, I then did a follow up again on the 23 Jan and was giving the ********** and ********** but when calling that number no one is picking up so now
