REA VAYA EMPLOYEE CLOSE TO ATTACKING ME

After getting off at Orlando Police Station station from a Rea Vaya bus I had boarded at the Auckland Park Kingsway station, I attempted to get the employee at the station to load my card with R 30 as the system was offline at the previous station. I tendered R 100 to the teller and told her to first check the balance and then proceed to load the R 30 onto the card. I was taken aback when she insinuated that that request was a stupid one as loading the amount then checking the balance made more sense. I then instructed her to do as I said anyway as I know why I wanted her to check the balance first. She eventually did so and then raised her voice and constantly interrupted me a I tried to put a word in. She blew her top when I had not punched in the green button after I had put my pin in. She got out of the booth and the screaming match between us continued with other customers and staff watching by then. Another employee continued the transaction and as I was attempting to turn to leave, the employee in question attempted to pull me by the strap of my laptop bag. That is when another male employee pulled her away. Unacceptable behavior!
