As i was about to approach the bus the driver decided to take off even thou i was raising my tag he did not wait nd he just left me thre and i had my baby on my back as i could not run for the bus.so i decided to go report this but as i got to thokoza station the man i spoke too was extremely rude and told me to write my complain in paper and yet i was nt provided wit a pen and paper
