Rea Vaya

Decided to use Rea Vaya this morning not realising I'd soon regret it, the bus from parktown T3 to Orlando arrived at Orlando police station at 08:15 we then proceeded to wait for the feeder bus f4, ,the f4 bus got there at 08:27 and parked on the side, we initially thought the driver was waiting for 08:30 but it's 09:15 as I type the bus is still parked on the side ,it is cold and worse we're with old people here, my question is does reavaya cater or even care about passengers getting to work on time or people getting home from night shift early, with no communication whatsoever standing for almost an hour please look into this as we are not being considered as clients
