Rea vaya Complaint.

The staff here is not well trained or either not trained to work with clientele services, they treated me as if I am owing rea vaya, I work in the Johannesburg CBD and when I knock off most of the time buses going to my neighborhood the tap out system does not work and going back to work the following day in the morning I am not using the bus because by that time it hasn't started to operate and that means the option I have is to tap out in Town and they told me they don't allow that meaning I have to pay a paneltty , who is to blame if their system is failing the commuters? Us also we have to pay double. And they don't approach a matter from the customer's point of view. Please assist as I voice out the disappointment of many people, it is cheap and convenient in terms of traffic but the service from the station is hogwash. I am dissaponted with the service that is being offered by the old people there, they need best training with separation of home stress to work stress. Thank you hope I will be heard.
