Rea VaYA bus almost broke my arm

On Monday morning i was making my way to school in Doornfontein(UJ).I had been waiting close to 20 minutes for a T1 bus at the Chancellor House station and when it finally arrived i was waiting for passengers to disembark.As i was about to enter the bus,the driver then decided to close the doors which hit my elbow very effectively,leaving me feeling pain until today.The bus had not even stood there for 3 minutes but already he/she had decided to leave. I have also been noticing how quickly these drivers just close the doors and leave.Many people do not know how to express their anger with these situations.Hence i am complaining on behalf of all those who have been affected by these acts.The drivers do not even have the decency to apologize but instead just make remarks about how we should ''wake up'' or be fast,meanwhile we have been waiting for this bus for several minutes.The number of the bus i was on is 1047 and it was a T1.I am expressing this hoping that this situation can be dealt with in a proper manner to avoid future incidents which might be even more serious than my painful arm.
