Rea Vaya BRT Bus Poor Service

Good day my name is vuyo rubushe i would like report a rea vaya bus service which I experience on 10/11/2020

the service was bad we waited for the bus for like 1 hour 30 min.. the when the bus came there the driver decided to stop the bus at the station and go have a smoke mean while his on duty after delaying our time he still gives us attitude and starts being aggressive instead of apologizing that was the baddest experiance i ever had..

THE BUS NUMBER PLATE WAS (YVJ 125 GP)

so reported my case to the Rea Vaya bus Website same day after the everything had take place, then got a call from the Rea Vaya team asking me questions of what happed then i explained my story to them, then they told me they get back to me(Call Me) But they never got back to me I've been waiting , So it clearly shows that they take us serious, i reported a case to them and they fail to give me feedback....
