Rea Vaya. Bad service

I use Rea vaya Bus to go to work around Braamfotein. The new orange card carries a lot charges. I always make sure i tap in and out. But will you see charges that are unexplainable. -12 and is comes up as other. Around 4 pm i pay R30 with means a day i spend R48-60 just on single trip at time. And according to the distance i travel i should be pay R18 per single trip.on Monday they are always offline pushing single trips which are charged R30. When you approach the workers they are Rude and tell us to strike so the new cards are recalled. A lady at Thokoza park stationwith a nose ring was dismissive when i asked do help. She referred to her colleague Mpho who drunk and dismissive. When i tap in it writes tap out i have screen shots of how we are being ****** by this campany
