Re-Avaya Bus Service Sucks

my wife and i frequently travel with the C5 bus, the following is my problems.

1) The bus does not have a time, to and from town. We sometimes wait for longer than a hour for a bus. The next thing, you find 2 or 3 busses after each other. We get the bus in the afternoon at Park Station, there are so many F11 & F12 busses, they sometimes empty compare to the C5 that we wait for so long. 2) We have a problem tagging out of the busses sometimes, either the machines are faulty or the bus does not pick up the stop. When you wanna tab out at the station in the following day, the station officials doesn't want to allow you. They tell you to go tab out at a different station. They creating unnecessary problem for the commuters and inconvenience us. You can imagine walking to another bus station to go tab out and risking missing a bus that's already a now show in the afternoons. 3) The station officials are not people friendly, sometimes just standing around, they lack people s****s. I CAN SALUTE ONE OFFICIAL AT PARK STATION, HIS NAME IS JABU. this is a real gentleman, a trouble shooter, organized. There are discipline at the station when he is there. WELL DONE JABU. 4) there are sometimes long queues to buy or load trips, some of the officials will take other commuters money and tags and go straight in front to load the tags, unfair to the other commuters waiting in the queue for their turn.

Last - this bus service just became another SA public transport and lost the original idea or agenda that was set for this bus service.
