Poorly managed bus system

Only one ticket booth/office operates here and passengers/commuters are always told they have to walk outside the station when they want to load their cards.

Furthermore if one chooses to enter the station to load on the other side (instead of walking outside), you are told you have to tap out and lose a trip. - I’m struggling to understand the rationale here... why should I have to use a trip to walk from one end of the station to another?

In addition to the above, the staff including some of the cleaners at your stations are very arrogant and rude to commuters. They don’t even know how to address the elderly. It’s sickening.
