Poor time keeping

Many a afternoon I get to the bus station at around 20 past 4 expecting to catch at 4h30 bus but to no avail. Today the bus arrived at 17h10. This is so not what is advertised for peak hour travelling. A bus is supposed to arrive every 15 min. This is not promoting great favour or encouraging more people to use this service. The morning service is good. Why not the afternoon service. Very disappointing. It is not a pleasure to spend 2 to 2 1/2 Hour on getting home. Please look at your service delivery
