poor service to customers

rea vaya and standard bank the card that they issue to the customer is a **** card im sorry for the language, im from leave and when I went to a leave I loaded R200.00 knowingly it last me until I get paid. it did work on Tuesday and today it does not want to. When they check on they system it does show that the last tap out it was Tuesday 16/10/2018 18:57 . I went to their customer service today who gave me poor services and called their office I spoke to one Vhenda guy who told me **** note " you will get the card when you have money " while there money on the card. Im not against the vhendas I have family on vhenda but the person I spoke with was rude and don't deserve to work with customers it was plus or minus 10 people querying about one thing card has money but it card tag you in when you ask how would I get home the answer is " I don't know you will see for your self " is that human if some thing happen to that person who is liable Rea Vaya our money is on the cards that expire in 2021 but it does not work. They are now starting to reap off the clients. We also working on things that they want , they forget that employment type is asked on everything that you apply on they will be " Declined " on the serious issues.
