poor service from reavaya

I had a problem with my reavaya card i went to customer service they told me it will take 30 days to refund my money and 30 days passed no refund they told me the person that have to refund me is on leave he will do it when he comes back and he is back but no refund they tell me i have to wait 14 day again that mean it 74 day before i get my money back,i got the bad service ever,i had to keep calling them to find out about my money,i am unhappy
