Poor service delivery

We appreciate the fact that the system is helping in terms of transportation however it is forever late. In the morning one gets out of the house early to arrive early at work, but ends up waiting for a bus at the Mapetla pick up point for 25-30 minutes, when one bus comes there is about 2 of them coming at the same time then I spend another 15minutes for buses to town at the Thokoza station. This happens before 8am. What happened to compliance with peak and off peak times? Is it because there is no better understanding of service delivery?
