Poor Service delivery

i arriveed at rea vaya on sataturday where i was told the system is off line and had to go to the next one then when i got to the other side of the where you can load my bus tag Dineo Mokoma told me she is off line but she just loaded the person infront and then she changed and said that she is closing because she has to go and breast feed and i asked her who does not have to go. then she told me i must wait she is still counting money and i told her please may she just load as am the last person in the line she said no the G4S came to load and i made way for them and and waited patiently outside as they left i went back and told them please may i load as i need to go. that's when she told me in an attitude that she has knocked off and she wants to go and she does not get overtime i told her i don't care and where does overtime come in as you just have to load the tag. she made me wait and told he security gard that im making noise and she wont help me. what made me angry is she said i must go buy a car and stop bothering her i told her i have a card i font need to go buy

if this is the treatment that we treat our customers then this is unacceptable.

i need a disciplinary hearing for her
