Poor service by BRT

I went to rea vayato losd my ticket.The lady called Thabisile told me she csn't help she is waiting for a cleaner to finish.i tried explaining i'm hin a hurry.she told me yena she is mot lste,she is on time and besides if she want to.she can refuse helping me.I was forced to wait and watch thebus leaving.the service is poor.and in the middle of transaction she then decided she is not helping me anymore.The bus had to leave me behind cause i was waiting for a cleaner to finish cleaning.
