Poor service

I'll like to make a complain about the level of service the staff is giving. They are not giving the information to the commuters like for instance if C2 is not operating they don't let us know in time and this problem of them of being offline is really giving us headache cause some of us walk long distance to load the card and for them to tell they that they are offline
