Poor service

<p>C3 Joubert Park buses are very scarce in Braamfontein. It's really not fair for us passengers to wait from 16:00 - 17:00 for a bus. What's even worse is that we had 6 Rissik Street buses passing. When we asked the forth one to take us to Joubert Park the driver refused and he was empty (there was not even one passenger). He passesed round about 16:30 and the bus registration is YVH453. This is really not fair to us. It's not like we not paying. Someone must do something about this. </p>
