poor reavaya service

<p>On the 25th of July I went to reavaya station at dobsonville to load my card and when I got there the system was offline, they ddnt have single tickets...i tried loading my card on the absa atm n I couldn't. ...I asked the consultant at the reavaya station to help me n I was told there was nothing they could do I should come back the next morning n I was ok with that.....next morning it was raining on the 26th of July I went back to reavaya station at dobsonville to load my card and when I got there the system was offline and they ddnt have single trip tickets n now I couldn't get on the bus.I had to walk to the taxi rank in the rain because reavaya doesn't know what they're doing.....reavaya has to up its game or chip out....this is unacceptable.</p>
