poor rea vaya servives

this is by far the poorest service iv ever seen in bus services the buses are always late especially the C4 and C6 the drivers are rude and arrogant the bus doors dont close and there is never enough buses you will wait for hours just to take a cramped buss or even worse you wait then a buss comes and drives right past you this is unacceptable we work hard for our money just to be ill treated by rea vaya drivers can something please be done this is not acceptable
