Poor Public Transport

The Rea Vaya is a ****! Their services NEVER work! They are always offline and they make this your problem by buying products you didn't want or by making you walk to other bus stations! At times they dont have change; HOW CAN A BUSINESS NOT HAVE CHANGE??? Bus cards aren't available at all bus stations; only a select few! The staff at the terminals are rude and not helpful or considerate; they do not go the extra mile for the customers. I want to boycott this service!

It's already tough enough having to use public transport; why can't they provide top notch services??
