Poor operation

On the 10th October, I bought a Reavaya card for R35 and I top it for R100 since I was convinced about their service, I am a taxi commuter and I wanted to experience the reavaya service,

I tapped in since it was my first and when i the trip ended the driver told me the machine is not working, on Monday when I tapped in the machine say insufficient amount, why? I cannot just loose the cash like that and when I asked the driver he told me that it penalised me, for what because I am a new user. I was very very disappointed about their service, why can't they remind you or guide you rather than penalizing you and worse for four times a trip charge, this is really hurts and a very poor service from Reavaya, right now I cannot recommend it to anyone and I need my refund and keep your poor service to you
