Poor managing system and ignorance

Waiting for a bus to Ndingilizi in Koma road from 4till now 4:40, the bus hasn't arrived. However, 4buses has passed from ndingilizi to Thokoza park. This is a disgrace, the system for this is bad, their management is poor sies man
