Poor Crowd/Queu Control

I think you guys have created a demand and now you are just dismally failing to meet it. I'm currently with a broken arm from the madness in Thokoza Park in the morning. Your martials don't know what they are doing, they are just at the doors just watching people getting in the bus when they need to be monitoring people who jump or skip queues. The bus will be full, especially on Express line and they will be calling standings but as soon as the bus leaves they will be having people who are from the back but now standing at the front and going to cause more delays for people on the ques. As they are calling standings one they would come running and one of them ran into me as I was standing by the ***** thing next to the door and he broke my arm. This has now got out of hand on the express ques. You guys need to act on this immediately. If you cant find people who will coordinate this to maintain order then you might as well get rid of the current people you have there now they just don't know what they are doing. You also have another problem, where you will have 3 XT1 buses coming in 5 intervals but not even 1 for T3. kanti how do you guys do you scheduling of buses?
