Phyisical and verbal abuse

My daughter of the age of 19 years was phyisically and verbally abused by a lady working for Rea vaya station in Kingsway station, after an argument of a seat the lady pulled and dragged her out of the station instructing others not to load her bus tag all because of the seat reallly!!!!!!!
