I have been charged 2 penalties in 2 consecutive week, at 1st the bus system was not working, which is not my fault. 2nd time last week I tap on in jozi, when I tap up at Tladi got a penalty, which is still not fair Went to one of the stations to get clarity in town and the lady was aware as the is my second time coming there. When I query the matter was told maybe it the card, if it happenes again I must Come back, come back for what, do I have time, I'm really not happy about the service.
