Pathetic system

<p>As a university student I use the Rea Vaya bus system from Cresta to the Wits station. On the 2nd of February 2017 the bus only arrived at 6:30 after waiting from 6 a.m. I am now going to be late for my 8 o'clock lecture. The bus would not allow anyone to tap in. At the Wits station I asked the member of staff on duty to tap in for me using my card so that I didn't incure the fine on the card. She told me in her high and mighty way that I should have got off the bus in Melville, walked to Sofire Town station to tap in there, wait for the next bus (which on this particular day are virtually nonexistent) to the Wits staion. So a pathetic system that doesn't work half the time, late buses and unhelpful, rude staff, I would rate this bus system lower if I could.</p>
