pathetic service!!!

Most of the days the T3 east bound bus is forever delayed this week has been the worst buses come an hour late during peak times, the call centre cannot give answers they tell us to ask the guys on site they also cannot give answers they say to call the head office they too can not give answers they just hung up and tell us they do not deal with buses? Now exactly who in your company deals with bus schedule? How do we contact them and what is the complaint procedure?
