Pathetic service

<p>Yesterday I started using Rea Vaya services as a first time user I then asked for a pamphlet so that I can fami****ize myself with their routes the cashier at Ndingiliza told me there are no pamphlets and I can't get them anywhere, I would like to know that the bus operating company does not care about their customers.</p>
