Pathetic and unreliable reyavaya bus transit

I would like to find out why you guys are not fixing your system because its seems all your station are currently offline which I fail to understand how is that a big company as yours failing on implementing a system that works...and also people u put in as your cashiers it seems they really dont want to work they dont have that customer service expression they only work when they feel like and also have a dont care ghetto ATTITUDE towards customers..its really sad that your company doesn't offer what it has promised to its passengers bt only offers a sub_standard service because all your stations seems to be offline which makes no sense...get your act together before u lose people bcz of a pathetic system
