No starters course given

<p>I only started using the bus yesterday and I loaded R50. As I write this review, I am sitting with a negative balance. Aparently I was penalised. Firstly, when I bought the card no one bothered to give me a crash course on how their system works. There is not even a poster at the station stating anything about the how the sytem works. As a first time user, Somehow I was expected to know these things even when no one told me about them, how I do not know. On top of that when I explain my situation, the employees there gave me a bad attitide without even taking a bit of time to understand my situation</p>
