NO DELIVERY NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING

on the 3/05/2015 i purchased RV40 for R374.00 , when my son used i on the 04/05/2015 it didn't work as a resulthe didn't go to school becuase he was told to get off the bus by the bus driver. on the 05/05/2015 i took thisRV40 card to Orlando Customer Services asking them to change from RV40 to normal (i.e no restrictions) . was told that it will take less than a week for my qery to be resolved, but guess what i am stll waiting. i have been following this up every week i get told that BT Head Office will contact me.<br> <br> Now a big question is who is going to refund me as no one knows what is happening.<br> dissappointed, angry and helpless
