Mistreatment by a security

On Monday the 27th of Augusf I arrived at the station just a few minutes past seven and I waited for the bus to Ellis Park (T1) for over THIRTY minutes as ususal! While two T1 buses passed the station without stopping, the waiting carried on as I had no choice. There were two security ladies at the station on that day. As I waited, a commuter came and greeted them and asked if the last bus had passed (jokingly the other one said yes when one said no). The guy then turned away and started walking out ( I was not aware that they had finally both told him that the bus he wanted had really passed). Due to me being aware that the other lady was joking, I caringly asked her if she had noticed that the guy is turning away (I asked this because I thought she'd turn and notice that the guy left and start feeling bad knowing that she was only joking however like I mentioned I wasn't aware that both the securities had finally agreed that the bus he wanted had just passed). With an attitude she answered me "uthini, ingabe ungenaph' ke wena lapho" meaning is it any of my business? I politely answered "please do not be mean, I was not aware that you had finally answered him, I thought you were still joking and you're not aare that he's leaving." She blew up and caused a scene started calling me names and telling me I think I'm smart, I then could'nt keep quiet I started back chatting telling her to call me all the names she wants but at the end of the day I was trying to convey a massage that I meant no harm. I kept quiet and she continued mumbling with the other lady of how smart I think I am, she then said to me I should've just told that guy I liked him instead of using her as an excuse that he left (all the uncalled for and uneccesary nonesense). I loudly said "you're an idiot, I'll just leave it there." She further made noise and I really just had a good laugh listening to her talking nonsense about my mother (who she doesn't even know) and telling me that she'll beat me up (really? aren't securities meant to protect???) I was fed up of her nonesense I took out my phone and pretended to record her (I really didn't even take a video because it was very pathetic). It got out of hand when the passed the terminal and came towards me, she started pulling me ( I believe the station has CCTV cameras, those are my witness) I then put my phone in my bag and impatiently waited for a bus to come. This all happened in front of all other commuters waiting for the same bus. I kept my cool and I was quiet, I then went to the end of the station just after the chairs to wait there alone. She again followed me even though I was trying to maintaing peace. She was aiming to take me a video but most importantly she wanted my face in it which she didn't get. While waiting there I could see the bus coming so I made my way to the sliding doors. She blocked my way and started activating her phone to take a video, I forced my way to the front and she grabbed me with my jacket which got ********** (noticed that when I was in the bus) and she almost choked me. SHE LITERALLY HARRASED ME SO MUCH THAT MY DIGNITY FELL OFF AT FEET IMMEDIATELY.

I URGE YOU TO REPREMAND THIS LADY , her acts were really uncalled for. Not that I was always good in all of this BUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ETHICS, ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT??? I hope this case will be taken seriously and I am currently seeking measure of opening a case against her for harassment, demoralisation and humiliation. SHE IS A GREAT DANGER TO COMMUTERS AND HERSELF.

I am also very aware that BRT does not take their customers complaints seriously therefore if no solution comes out from this case I will have to take it upon my own hand.

Regards

A young girl with violence scars (so said the intelling security).
