Messing around with customers

<p>I have been using Rea vaya from sometime after its inception. The buses were running smoothly. Now you wait a long time for buses. The system was lovely.... The new system has messed us about. You pay for ****py services. Some station personell have revolting manners and shout at customers. The tapping in and out machines seldom work in the buses and at the stations. You now get told that we are trying to de***** the system by not tapping out, when the machines don't work. We get penalties, we complian and nothing changes. This system has gone down the toilet!!! </p>
