****MERS!!!

I am a very livid being right now because of the whole Rea vaya company as a whole. One of their driver wanted to pass a red robot and “accidentally” drove into my car. He had no passengers in the bus, he got off, came to us, we took a picture of his license, bus number and registration number. In the midst of everything happening he somehow fled the scene before the JMPD guys got there for the accident report( I strongly believe he was under the influence because why would you run after giving us your details). Fast forward we’ve got an accident report, now we drive to the Rea vaya head office. They didn’t even have the courtesy of letting us inside. We had to report this information at the gate. We were talking to a “Koena” lady and all she did was take our number and told us the driver first has to come and report the incident and they will contact us on Friday (it was a Monday) to see if they will pay us or not.👀 till this day nothing has been done and this is a bread winning car. With it being stationary there’s no food at home. What an inconvenience they’ve caused to me. Such a huge company with poor service.
