Mathapelo from Rea vaya Parktown station

There is a lady by the name of Mathapelo at that station who gave me the worst service which says a lot considering Rea vaya stations hardly gives any good service She has attitude, instead of assisting she rudely questioned and Petronized me and walked away to share a laugh with one of her colleagues..
