lost reaveya smart card
<p>i bought a Rea vaya ABSA bus tag last year which will expire 2019.i lost it yesterday it had R550 , so i called ********** 74 customer service to ask what to do ? i spoke to Themba Mabunda he told me the is nothing they do they dont refund.he then gave me a number for head office which is ********** 645/6 i spoke to Shallotte Mashego she said i can go and block it were i loaded the money,but i wont get a refund. So went on the web side it says:</p> <p>8. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CARD IS LOST, ****** OR DAMAGED<br />If your smartcard is lost or ****** or damaged, you can buy a replacement card for R25. You can then arrange with the staff at one of Rea Vaya's customer care centres to have the money still left on your old card transferred to your new one.
