Long Queues

I am one unhappy customer. The servics and how Rea vaya operates in terms how to load their buses its disgusting. You guys are inconsiderate about school kids getting to school late, workers getting to work late. We understand it's part Covid regulations to not load full capacity but at least 5 people should be standing. Almost 10 buses pass by but there are long queues... I am voice to those who can't speak out about this. I'm not happy.
