Long hours of waiting for C5 with bad service

Ive been a reavaya commuter for 4years now, n still the sameproblem with C5... We hv to wait for more than an hour for the bus to pass, n when it does its full... The service its horrible.... If i didnt manage to tap out in a bus, obviously because the bus tap out machine wouldnt b working, they refuse for u to tap out anywhere, u have to tap in, n thats penalty charge... N mind some of us are working on tight budgets. How are we supposed to b happy wiyh d service when im late to work, n charged the penalty fee coz of the bus... This is not a good way to treat customers, who are your everyday customers...
